    Interesting, I'll ask around. I'm willing to be they can't target jailbroken users specifically, but rather operate on the assumption that high data consuming users are using tethering apps etc.

    Round 3 for AT&T Tethering Plan. I just got an email suggestion the my son's iPhone was "sometime in the past" being used for tethering..... His phone at the time was jailbroken but he did not have any tethering app on it... I know this because I periodically checked his phone to make sure he didn't because I had received an email about my phone last month.... I am now believing that AT&T is targeting jailbroken high data users...

    Does that clear backing for the iphone 4 come with an Apple logo on it? The picture shows it but ifixit web site does not
