    The last time I checked, you could only change the IMEI on an Iphone 2G using Ziphone.

    Has there been any changes or new software that will enable you to change the IMEI on an IPhone 3G, 3GS, or beyond?

    There is no way on current devices.

    And sorry even if there was we cannot enable talk about how to do it as it is illegal to change IMEI; even for hobby purposes.
