Need HELP jailbreaking iPhone 1.1.4

Hello,

I've been having some trouble jailbreaking/unlocking my old iPhone (8G) fw 1.1.4. I'm currently in Germany using T-Mobile.de or now "Telekom". I tried using pwnage, redsnow, blackra1n and none of them seems to work. When I tried redsnow I thought I had it fix until the itunes couldn't recognize the device: "The SIM Card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be recognized." Shouldn't support it regardless of carrier?

I'd also tried restoring it through itunes but it'll do the same and won't recognize.

Please shed some light for this tragic moment. I'd appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.
