    Default ziphone refurbish failed

    my friend just tryed to refurbish using ziphone and ziphone said process failed. no the iphone says can not make or recieve calls please send in for repair. what now?

    Use Ziphone to put the iphone into DFU mode, then restore it with Itunes.
