Can't SSH into my iphone

I get an error when I try to SSH into my iphone with cyberduck.

Last night I inadvertently caused Ziphone to write some script on my phone, simply by having it open while my iphone was connected to my mac, which apparently caused it to go into recovery mode when i connected it to my windows machine. But after running through some code that flew by on the screen, everything seems fine.

Any ideas? Did that mess up my SSH ability? I haven't tried to SSH into my phone for awhile, so I'm not sure if it's related or I'm forgetting something.

I have open SSH installed
SHH turned on
login root, password alpine
firmware 1.1.2
unlocked

Same problem...I Cant SSH and I have checked everything a hundred times and its perfect! Anyone now whats up with this?
