Ziphone question needs answered please

First of all, i appreciate the people behind and iPhone jailbreak and unlock and those who make 3rd party programs. I'd like to thank them again for making the iPhone a wonderful machine (unlike Apple).

I have a jailbroke 1.1.3 iphone. Can i just run ziphone to upgrade to 1.1.4 or do i have to virginize? Is the baseband the same for 1.1.3 and 1.1.4? Thanks

Just RESTORE your iPhone to 1.1.4 via iTunes.

Download ZiPhone 2.5c(see my sig) and extract it onto your computer.
Connect your phone to your computer.
Kill iTunes & helper.
Run ZiPhone GUI and press "Do it all"
Wait approx. 5min
Ready!

When syncing with iTunes after Ziphone, set the phone as a NEW phone.

The BB for 1.1.4 is 04.04.05_G

AotW will doing that keep all the apps, settings, etc the same? Also what is the actual difference (noticeable) between 1.1.3 and 1.1.4?

Unfortunately all 3rd party apps will be gone.

But when you sync with iTunes before doing this, you can keep your contacts and ringtunes.

I didnt notice any significant differences between 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.
