Solution:IPhoneBrowser problem with ZiPhone 2.5, ver 1.1.4

I was having a problem with IPhoneBrowser not recoginizing my iphone as jailbroken even though it was broken using ZiPhone 2.5. Since I had already installed a bunch of stuff I could not use Tackett's very useful post in it's entirety http://www.modmyi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47531 But I was able to extract out the steps that worked for this problem.

These are the steps I used from Tackett's post:
7. Open Installer
8. go to "sources" in the bottom right.
9. Push "edit" on the top right.
10. Push "add" on the top left.
11. type in i.unlock.no (leave the http://) and let it refresh
12. Go to install
26. scroll down to "unlocking tools" and tap it.
27. scroll clear to the bottom of the list and tap on "Ziphone ibrickr fix" and install.
29. Reboot the phone. REBOOT IT. turn it off and then back on.

Now IphoneBrowser seems to recognize the phone as Jail Broken.

Great post worked for me. i had the same problem, now i can use iBrickr to browse my phone, but anything i upload such as ringtone or theme doesn't showup in my phone.
iBricker finds it no problem after i go back into it.
what an i missing?
i have winxp pro and my phone has 1.1.4 version on it

I just jailbreak my phone with Ziphone 3.0. I added that i.unlock.no as a source, but Ziphone ibrickr fix is not under the unlocking tools.

Any suggestions?

Im having a problem with my uploaded themes actually showing up in my summerboard i have a jailbroken phone with iLiberty and im running 1.1.4 any ideas?

First insure that your using customize 2.09... then in smb pref make sure that you select cutomize under themes.... then select theme wallpaper on and wallpaper under advanced is ON... all the other off, restart then apply the theme. It should work....
