old school way better then Ziphone 2.5

the old school way of jailbreaking your iphone is better then using
ziphone 2.5. WHY because when i install more apps that should go to the next page on your home screen but they do not show up.
so its like there is no pages on the home screen

PS. i fix it by useing ziphone 2.0 beta
but i have seen that in other iphones like some one from work so what can i tell him to do hes on 1.1.2
