Here is how to change the custom carrier images, if not using ATT
You need to use WinSCP
You can replace carrier image's in the following directory in 1.1.4 (My carrier is Fido)
/System/Library/CarrierBundles/unknown.bundles
I selected the folder unknown.bundles, in that folder it had some png's which were not alias's,
I replaced these with mine! I create them my self
i add It Default_CARRIER_Fido.png and FSO_CARRIER_Fido.png to folder System/Library/CarrierBundles/unknown.bundles

That only works if your carrier is inside the unknown.bundles folder. Since this is Fido and Rogers they not there , you need to manually edit the carrier.plist located in that same directory and add the corresponding values under "StatusBarImages".
To do that you need convert your carrier.plist using this website http://140.124.181.188/~khchung/cgi-bin/plutil.cgi and transfer edit carrier.plist file to this folder System/Library/CarrierBundles/unknown.bundles

In my case, I added:

<key>DefaultImage</key>
<string>Default_CARRIER_Rogers.png</string>
<key>FullScreenOpaqueImage</key>
<string>FSO_CARRIER_Rogers.png</string>
</dict>


After that, I copied the images Default_CARRIER_Fido.png and FSO_CARRIER_Fido.png and Default_CARRIER_Rogers.png and FSO_CARRIER_Rogers.png to the folder, rebooted and work!!!

This just the instruction how to do it

If you have Make it mine or similar apps active, deactivate them.
Since this forum have restriction to post the scripts use file "1.1.4 instruction.txt"

For the convenience I create fido and rogers logos and edit carrier.plist for those providers only
if you want add any other providers you need to follow my instructions

Here is the files I attach you only need to add them to this folder
System/Library/CarrierBundles/unknown.bundles
Before you add them make shore make back up copy of carrier.plist very important


Restart you iPhone and Enjoy!!!!
