ziphone otb 1.1.3 failed?

I need some help please.
I have a new otb 1.1.3, base is 4.6 i think (first five serial numbers are 86808)

I used ziphone 2.5c and clicked on the do it all feature.

I did NOt select the downgrade to 3.9 button.

the phone works with tm but i have no utube or interent.
(there is not a wifi by me but i do have the 5.99 tzone.

Should i have clicked/selected the downgrade to 3.9 button before i installed the do it all feature??
what should i try next.

you have to set your edge to tmobile settings.i saw app in installer what should do it for you.its called T-Mobile 1.1.3 TZones hack.good luck

oh and btw ziphone automaticly downgrades to 3.9
