Ziphone and refurbish

I was thinking about jailbreaking my iphone 1.4 firmware and was wondering about the refurbish option on ziphone 2.5c I was wondering if this solution actually works and by works I mean to take everything off of my phone and make it back to normal. I was wondering if there would be any problems after I did that. ie. updating the official firmware in the future. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks.
