Hi Everyone,

I need some help. I have a 1.1.4 2g iphone that I unlocked/jailbroke with ziphone back in March of 08. I would like to upgrade my phone to the new 2.2 firmware using either iliberty or quickpwn for a mac. Ive spent hours looking through the threads but without any luck or clear procedure. From what i understand this should be my procedure:

1. Install Bootneuter from the installer function on the iphone and set it to 4.6.

2. Restore iphone using iTunes and upgrade the phone to the new 2.2 software (all still using iTunes).

3. Download and install iliberty/quickpwn and follow on screen directions?

Will this keep my iphone unlocked and jailbroken? I am on a European SIM card (Orange) and i would really like to get this done as smoothly as possible.

PLEASE give me a step-by-step as how to proceed.
