    Question Ziphone 2.5 Cannot ping Iphone

    Strange issue, I cannot SSH to my Iphone. I can access my WIFI and get out to the internet no problems. I cannot ping the Iphone even though I have the correct IP address. I have reinstalled my openSSH and BSD and restarted the Iphone but it still refuses to communicate.

    Firewall no my PC is Ok and my router is DHCP'ing OK.

    I can access and sync it through Itunes with no issues. My mail app closes suddenly but there is a fix for that and that is why I want to ssh into the Iphone.



    Any Ideas ?


    UPDATE
    Had to Reset all settings, tried Network only but it did not work, had to reset them all but it now works )
    Now to sort out the mail!

    Default mail app crash

    Hi My mail app keeps on crashing

    Can you please advice if there are any fix for it?

    I am on 1.1.4 and used ziphone method.

    I had the same mail problem and used the mail sync fix from iClarified. It says it's for 1.1.3 but I and many others have used it on 1.1.4. Add http://installer.iClarified.com to your installer repository.

    I can't ssh into my phone either...this problem seems to be all over the boards...but I have found a suggestion that has worked for me yet
