ZiPhone 2.4 not finding iphone ????

hey, im at work and i have the usb cable here and download ziphone 2.4 but its not finding my iphone for some reason...its stuck on Searching for iPhone stage, and it just wont find it

any ideas?

Is your itunes opened or closed!!!! ziphone works when iphone is connected to itunes !!!!! (where all need s itunes to be closed)

i dont have itunes installed on the computer...

well install itunes then connect iphone to itunes then open ziphone ,i m sure it will recognize it!!!
