GOOGLE MAPS NEED HELP!!!please

i used ziphone to unlock my phone and everything is working good except my google maps. its slow, it wont locate me, and even if it doesnt it shows the streets all scrambled and what not so you can tell where anything is.

can anyone help. anything would be much appreciated.
