phone stuck in loop , 1.1.2 . .. .

ok so i took a 1.1.2 and tried to ziphone unlock activate jailbreak . it said sucessful then it got stuck in a loop of text scrolling . its currentyl stuck in a loop . i placed the phone on itunes to restore but now its version 2.0 on itunes and it s saygin error cannot restore ??? what do i do to get it back to 1.1.2 ? please help its my step moms iphone and she is upset !
