ziphone did'nt unlock

ok guys this is what i did after doing alot of reading,i have an activated iphone sftw1.1.4,what i wanted to do is jailbrake and unlock so i can use my phone in europe,opened up ziphone 3.0 went into advace feetures and cheked box jailbrake and unlock clicked proceed went fine i have the installer on my home screen but when i took my sim out and put my wifes att sim and tried to make a call it says call failed all the time,in the top left hand corner there are four bars of service but not all the way up,they seem like they're half bars,did i do something wrong please help as i am going to europ in a few days and would like to use phone oversea

Here's what to do:
1. Delete ZiPhone
2. Download Pwnage Tool
3. Use Pwnage Tool

Not to sound harsh, but ZiPhone is a shitty piece of software and should be banned from the internet.

I wouldn't recommend using Ziphone. Use winpwn from winpwn.com

Or if you have access to installer I would add iclarified to the source list and install bootneuter and run that.

turn off auto lock
reboot when finished
