1.1.3 (no installer & camera is messed up)

Hey Folks.

For some reason I decided to reformat my iphone, it was too slow and some stuff weren't working properly.. so I did! I was on 1.1.4 - luckily I had a back up copy of 1.1.3. which I restored but was surprised me was i lost all my contacts - which totally sucks! BUt im over it now.

Now the issue I'm having is I'm no 1.1.3 with no installer - and my video camera is totally messed up (view the video link)

So my question is - how can I do a fresh reformat, I want to whipe everything from scratch and restore 1.1.4 (whicH i just downladed now) and I will use ZIP Iphone 3.0 to unlock, jailbreak and activate.

Any thoughts? Need your help folks!

Ah just noticed something - the firmware Im downloading downloads either as a zip or .ipsw (but when it's finished downloading it opens or unzips as a folder) which is weird cuz I cannot upgrade... what to do?
