Hello to all. This problem has been around for some time now and NOBODY has seemed to find ANY information as to the solution. So I'm creating this thread to see if ANYONE has ANY information about this problem.
The problem: Inability to ssh into iPhone/iPod Touch after using Ziphone Jailbreak method. I and many others have found it is all but impossible to ssh using any program known to man and even directly on the iPhone using Termvt or any other terminal app. root/alpine and root/dottie do NOT work.

ANYONE with ANY information as to the solution of this problem, even suggestions, PLEASE post up.

There have been numerous problems reported after using ZiPhone. The best advice is just don't use it. There are other tools available that do the same thing with much less risk.

What is the choice program then for jailbreaking on windows? iLiberty, iPlus, iDemocracy? I've used a few but I had problems with one and I went back to Ziphone.

Winpwn and iLiberty+ work quite well. I've personally used iLiberty+ with ZERO problems. Winpwn is excellent as well! iPlus is basically the same as iLiberty+ but without the nice GUI. Either way, they are all better than ZiPhone. And that's not just my opinion.
