Please help me get rid of ZiPhone from my phone

I did not know how bad ZiPhone was for my phone. I am on 1.1.4 and jailbroke only with ZiPhone, which made my bootloader drop down to 3.9

The 4th and 5th numbers of my serial are 2 and 8. I want to know if it is possible to virginize my phone, so I can take it to the apple store because there are problems with it. Thank You.
