Restart Without Home Button?!?!?!

my home button does not work for some reason.. could be software or hardware.. its been jailbroken only via ziphone.. after installing customize and couple of apps the changed happened.. also when i twist my phone it returns to the homescreen for some reason.. what i need is a method to restart the phone via the computer.. it will not connect to the computer but it does charge.. please any help would be appreciated im just trying to get a new phone..
