UNPLUGGED iPhone during ziphone install! Help
This is for a friend in another state or I'd help.
She decided to try jailbreaking her phone last night and gave her the step by step.
During the Ziphone install she said it was stuck and taking forever (10 mins) and she was going to a concert so she unplugged it. That was the step I didn't mention NOT to do.
Now she has a black screen and itunes doesn't recognize her phone to restore it. How can she fix it to restore it back to normal?
Could she still run ziphone again to complete the install? Is there a way to force itunes to recognize it?
Thanks to anyone who can help!

Do not use ZiPhone, its bad and buggy.
Try DFU mode to restore it.

I would download iLiberty+ and use that.
Get it into DFU mode. iLiberty may be able to force it.
I agree on avoiding Ziphone.
iLiberty+ has never let me down.

hello, could you help us. We have started the Jailbreak, and such with iLiberty+ and the iphone is now stuck in "BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0". I do not know what this means but I can't get it out of that command. I think it happened when the powerbook went to sleep - I have since fixed that... iLiberty no longer recognizes it.

DFU mode allowed the restore. Thanks guys.
What if I've already used ZiPhone and its working fine? Still recommend restoring and using iLiberty+?
