    I tried all kinds of locations from various out dated guides but I can't seem to see a "themes" folder anywhere. Any help appreciated. I have not done this since about 10 months ago.

    I am trying to install a downloaded lock screen.

    it's var/stash/themes or Library/themes when you install Winterboard that folder is created automatically.
