Creating Winterboard themes on a PC?
I keep seeing tutorials about how to create themes for winterboard, but I never see them for a PC. Only Mac. Could someone help me out and tell what I need to download so I can create my own themes for my iPhone?

There are tons of tutorials and You Tube vids.
Photo Shop is one of the key programs you would need.
Here's a vid I found too to make it real easy.

GIMP is a great free alternative to PS too. Anything you cna do on a mac theme-wise can be done on windows
check out iFunbox for file tranfer
