When I'm in an app or program my signal bars and my custom wifi bars/3G icon turn blue. I want to make it so that no matter where I go they stay my custom icons. If you could help thatd be great. Thanks

Where are the stock signal strength files located? I don't want to use Winterboard.
I looked around briefly and they're not in the System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app

I followed this tutorial and got the Wifi bars to work perfectly but the signal bars don't show. I've simply tried to copy and rename the images to act as signal bars but still nothing. Any ideas?

In case you were still wondering...those images are now apart of the [email protected] file located in /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework, you need to extract these via DavePeck's extractor kit or you can follow the tutorial here... iOS .ARTWORK file Extractor (with Tutorial) If you want to bypass Winterboard you will need to extract the images via the above link which explains it all and DOES work and then repack it as a [email protected] and put that back in your iphone from where you sourced it from. Apparently all the PNGs need to be exactly the same size - not image size dimensions but file size or it will not theme.
Seems odd it doesn't work, if they are the same size and named as per the first post they should(I checked mine against this to be certain). What device do you have and iOS? Im guessing you are running Winterboard???... For me I placed all my images in MyTheme/Bundles/com.apple.UIKit and all my UI Images are in this folder (bundle) with all my themed images working correctly.Last edited by Jato_BZ; 04-18-2012 at 06:33 PM.
