Apps won't change
I have an iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 and my apps won't change no matter what theme I have they just stay the same.. Can someone please explain and help?

Are you placing your theme(s) at the top of Winterboard?

My themes are at the top, but I don't have those apps installed do I need them?

I got both parallax and masks but what I want is for my apps to be the way I made them on CodeThemed.. I made a theme and customized my apps but when I apply the theme my apps are the same
