I made a custom theme on one iphone and I change the slider bar tray. When I got another iphone (both 3gs, the new one is 4.3.1 and jailbroken with redsn0w) i transfered all of the files from the old one to the new. When I finished, the tray was back to normal. I checked all of the files, and i even learned that the original file itself was even replaced with my custom one. so why is it still showing the original tray?

You have to change on of the files to a slightly different name let me see if I can't find it

same thing here ,after upgrading to 4.3.1
i think they change the file name on 4.3.1
