Slider icons

Icons still not showing up for custom slider. Shows up on winterboard,respring & still nothing. V4.2.1 firmware 3.1 any suggestions?

Made icon slider using gimp, did correctly, folders & bottombrknobgray.png etc. & not showing up, still stock arrow???
