160px icons
What is the best way to get icons to display on springboard at a natural height, but a width of 160px (iphone4)
Thanks

Right, but when I resize the image it just compresses it to the size of the icon restraints. How do I tell it to allow the 160px icons to be 160 wide, and not compress to 120?
Thank you,
Aaron

I don't know for sure but if it resizes from 160 to 120 make it 180 just try it out and see what works

Ok, thank you very much. I will try this as soon as I get home and will let you know how it goes. As for now....8 hrs of staring at a computer that I'm not allowed to modify

Can't get it working, here is a screenshot direct from iFile of the image at 300px wide, and it is still compressing it to 120px

I am setting this up in "themes/xxxxx.theme/folders/mobilephone/[email protected]"
I think I will try the old summerboard method now. "xxxx.theme/icons/mobilephone.png"

BINGO!! you can only use summerboard icon set up if you want to resize, no winterboard. I'm sure a Lot of people know that already, but I am kinda new to all of this.
Thanks again
