Help needed on theme (Gloss)

Ok so i have this really nice theme called gloss in which i plan on finishing soon but i have some problems i encountered. Ok here they are the red arrow is problem number one ok so you see how it has transparency from the inside and a little on the real icon of the app well i dont know how to make the home icons like that because if i try PS and use a regular one the transparency on the glass wont show it will just show the icon underneath the glass if i use the mask ok the second problem is the blue arrow how do i make the dock more sharper and cleaner unlike the pixeled one from the screenshot.

First of all I like your theme except for the wallpaper and dock but I want to help you so...

Problem 1 The Icons : I can help u with the icon problem you have probably used auto skinning and that only works with app store icons but if u send a empty icon (icon frame) I can do a lot

Problem 2 The Dock : that is because the maker used transparent frame around it but when u upload a pic with a transparent color it becomes white so if you can send me the dock and I can make it look a lot better ( I actually would choose some other dock because that dock is to simple)
