Error on 4.2.1

I jailbroke my 32GB iPod Touch 4 (4.2.1) the other day, been enjoying all the new features and stuff but I'm having one error I can't seem to find a solution for. Here's what I do.
1. Download a COMPLETE Theme from Cydia
2. Go to Winterboard (Which was already installed with the Jailbreak)
3. Go to Select Themes
4. I choose the theme I downloaded (CarbonX)
5. Press the back button (Which says Winterboard)
6. And than I press Respring
7. My iPod shows the Pineapple and than my lock screen appears..Nothing different.
8. I type in my passcode, still nothing different.

Am I doing something wrong? It just won't work for me.

You might try selecting the theme but instead of respring, reboot your phone and boot tethered with Redsn0w. Then see if it properly works.

I don't know what that theme is but check to see if it is 4.2.1 compatible.

Now I booted thethered on redsnow but it froze at exploiting limera or something like that. Now my iPod is stuck at the Apple logo...

Did you select only boot tethered?? If it's stuck at the Apple logo, boot tethered again and make sure that's the only thing you selected.

Yeah, I only selected Just boot tethered.

thanks. Looks pretty. I'm going to save it, whenever I get to be on my comp I'll do something with it.
