Can someone fix my theme?

after hours of trying to get it to work..it still just doesn't budge. the media, slider, and status bar images will not change. I'm using an iTouch 4g on 4.2.1 if that really matters any. They worked fine on my 2g which was on 4.0 If someone can fix it for me or tell me what is wrong with it i'd appreciate it.
Also, this isn't a theme a made from scratch...its a mesh of different parts of other themes i've found, even on the original themes they didn't work.

they need to have twice the dimensions and hav @2x after the file name ([email protected])
