Winterboard partially not working

So I got Cydia working and downloaded winterboard. Then when I change the theme of it, everything is fine except the lockscreen and the slider. The lockscreen would just refuse to change with the theme package. I even went in winterboard to make sure the "use user background" is unchecked and is below the theme I want to use. But it's still not working. Can anybody help me with this?

If you are on a new firmware that theme may not support it yet.
