Old background still displayed

Hey peoples,

Just jb my iPhone 3GS and so far I'm loving it. However when I download a new theme and respring with winterboard, the new theme doesn't overwrite the old background, lock screen... Basically if it's. Complete theme, the only things it changes is the icons and home screen. Very irritating

I'd appreciate any input.

I've been trying to look up the solution for hours now and no luck, and I have an iphone 3g which is essentially the same.

Love to know if you find any solutions!

What theme are you talking about? If we know which it is it will be easier to help
