ibooks icon help

Ok so I just upgraded from 3g on iOS 4.0 to 3gs on iOS 4.1. If it matters my 3gs has the new bootroms. My new phone's all nicely jailbroken and everything works great. I uploaded my theme that I made for my 3g and it worked perfectly except for my SMS bubbles, which I've already fixed for the change to the format that came with the firmware update, and my iBooks icon.

I have it set under:

Theme Name\Bundles\com.apple.iBooks\Icon-iPhone.png

It works fine in my old 3g but I can't make it appear on my 3gs. No matter what I've tried I still get the stock icon.

I have triple checked the file name and the bundle identifier.

I've tried overwriting the file directly in the iBooks directory with no themes turned on and it still shows me the official icon. I'm not sure where to go from here.

I've tried it without the capital letters as well as with. I've tried respringing and rebooting...

I'm out of ideas. The only thing I can think of is that something must have changed from 4.0 to 4.1 that requires me to replace a different file or something. Any help that can be given is highly appreciated.

Edit: rewrote entire post. The original was just to get my plist file up so someone could help me get the info out of it to check as my plistedit isn't working.

I really think this should be in the parent category I was in a hurry when I posted it originally and didn't thoroughly take in that this sub-category was specifically for winterboard issues. my winterboard in general works fine. I'm going to repost the main post in the parent forum. If any mods come along feel free to delete this thread as no one has replied yet anyway. Sorry for the confusion!
