iOS4-like text (and icon) drop shadows?

I've searched and searched to no avail. Is there any way to get iOS4-like shadows behind springboard icons and text in 3.1.x?

not wishing to sound nasty, but you didn't do a very good search. i put "ios 4 icon shadows" into the search field and the answer is in the first link.

i've just found this

4. Icons now have a shadow affect to them. For now thanks to wim66 you can do this... "download attached"

Create transparent WallpaperIconShadow.png and WallpaperIconShadowT.png and put them in

/private/var/stash/Themes/theme.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard

This is quite easily done through an app on Cydia...

Search for Icon Label Background and add it to your WinterBoard...

Also make sure SummerBoard mode is off...
