Winterboard Help

I just installed winterboard. When my phone restarted, I only had the top 6 or so app icons on each page of apps. All the others have disappeared.

I can get to the apps via search but there are no icons for them on the normal pages of apps. I have tried:
Uninstalling Winterboard
Reinstalling Winterboard
Turning on various combinations of skinning options within the program and respringing after each change.
Installing a new theme and running that one.
Restarting my phone numerous times throughout this process.

I'm at my wit's end with this and about to Restore my phone but would like to fix the problem rather than the ol' format recover.

Go into SBSettings, tap 'More' tap 'Hide Icons', and make sure all of your icons are selected as on. Hope this helps.
