please help with winterboard

hi folks!

i got an ipod touch 3.1.3 i jailbroke it and now im trying to get winterboard on it so i can download some themes. Thing is i dont have wifi so cydia is basically a bust for me atm----so can someone who has winterboard installed please upload the file to me? so i can download it and be rid of this hassle trying to find a direct file to it? if someone could i would appreciate it very very very very very very much
