HELP! Dock, Keypad, and App Icons dont change!

Hey guys, Just jailbroke my iTouch this morning, and when I download a custom theme from winterboard, only the background changes. Nothing else. Not the dock, not the apps, and if i download a keypad theme, the keypad doesnt change...HELP??

keypad? do you mean the dialer or keyboard? i dont think you can do keyboard on the newer firmwares, last time i tried i got stuck in an infinate boot loop, anyways open winterboard and check to see if you have summerboard mode on or off

i mean keyboard, and summerboard mode is off.

even i turned my summerboad mode on , respring it... i still cant load the themes... any expert here to guide the noob here?
