Winterboard - Dock wont load

I've tried the various methods already mentioned on the forum, but for some reason the default dock is still being loaded and I cant figure out why.

The theme is at the top of the winterboard list and the only one selected. In the themes folder I have Dock.png SBDockBG.png and SBDockBG2.png (all the same). Even selecting transparent dock in Winterboard doesnt work, but things like the icon labels does.

I've even deleted SBDockBG/SBDockBG2.png from the springboard.app, then just no dock shows up at all.

I'm really confused and can't seem to figure it out, any help is greatly appreciated.

Newest version is installed, I even restored my phone yesterday and installed just winterboard to test it.

Still doesnt work

Hmm... apparently there was another update to Winterboard today and it now makes the transparent dock option work, but the dock from the theme still refuses to load.

Tried the toggle for summerboard mode, both before and after the newest upgrade.

Any other ideas?
