    Default How to make icons ?

    im trying to complete some themes, and make some of my own

    and i know i can download and extact icons but i like complete themes

    so anyone know a really good program and supply a download to it?

    also im looking to make more icons for the "monster droid" but how do you find/make these icons?

    you need photoshop or gimp, and a psd from the theme creator to create your theme
