you have to ssh it in.....so download openssh and sbsettings, and find a tutorial (there are millions) if you use a mac, get fugu and if you need help i can give it but if your on a windows I think you get winSCP and PuTTy but I'm not sure cause I don't use them.....anyway once you figure out how to ssh you just follow the instructions the guy has up there already

Yeah, I quickly realized that this is the ONLY reason I should get a mac... makes everything so much easier xD gotta find a cheap mac

I hear it can be done easily.....I just don't know how just wait...eventually some kind windows user will stumble upon this and tell you what to do...until then you could try googling "ssh into iphone on windows" if you want...im sure there's some tutorialz

U can use a pc to ssh. It's just as easy az mac. But ya use winscp

i use DiskAid at work on my Mac, and i try to use WinSCP at home on my laptop... it uses the same methods but the mac version is way more clean and simple for sure.

Download WinSCP for free, just google it. Once you got that you can manually place in themes.
