    Default Winterboard Problem

Hello, I've recently bought a iPod 8GB a couple of days ago, It has Software 3.1.2, I jailbroke it with BlackRa1n using Windows, After reading about i realised it was a tethered jailbreak.

I later read up about how you can download a app that resprings for you which is essentially like rebooting your ipod without doing it? Correct me if i'm wrong.

So i have tried using Winterboards and the themes are not applying at all, It resprings and there are no changes to the look of the springboard, I've tried moving them up the list order and still no joy in getting the damn thing to work.

Is there any way of getting Winterboard to work? Or another way to install themes to my iPod.

    Regards, Dale.

the app you mention Im guessing is mQuickDo and or SBSettings,,,,I use both.....I only ever hit my home button once to turn on the phone..from there I swipe to close an app or lock the phone or you can do it all(reboot, power off, respring, kill processes...actually you can do almost EVERYTHING w/ these 2 apps....about the winterboard:..if your JB and have Cydia and you installed winterboard choosing a theme and installing it is about as easy as it gets....find a theme install it...confirm...and hit the home button...then you will respring....go back to WB and check on the theme you want(I know you have did this already) once you respring your new theme should be there......hope this helps a bit....glta
