I had my Cydia crash after downloading Music Color, for what ever reason but you can do this and you will be back up in seconds. SSH your iPod and go into this area (private/var/lib/dpkg/updates folder) and look for this (tmp.i and 000) and delete them both. You will be back up in seconds, with no loss and hope this helps others
