iPhone 3GS doesnt load HTML clocks on lockscreen

Hi everyone. I have a problem with html clocks, my iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 doesnt read em.

It shows me black screen, please, could u help me? Here's one of themes i tried to use, but it doesnt work - for me.

tried it on my 3gs too, weird that it doesnt work. I also tried editing the html file and theres nothing in there for some reason..
