Problems with icons changing to them icons
Hi I'm fairly new to the jailbreak scene and this is the place I thought I could find the most help.
I have cydia and winterboard downloaded on my phone and have downloaded a couple apps and themes and whatnot. But when I apply a theme in winterboard some icons like my text, compass, and voice memo icons and such don't change to the theme icon and its irritating
I know it's probably an easy fix but I can't figure it out. Once again I'm fairly new ( as of last night) to the community. I'm guessing it has to do with the naming of the pictures the icons are supposed to take on or something?
Thanks for all your help!

The theme you downloaded was probably created before the 3Gs and OS 3. In OS 3 Apple changed the name from "Text" to "Messages". You can rename that icon. Since there was no Compass or Voice Memo when your theme was created, there is no icon for them.
I hope that helps. The Buuf icon pack though page 350 can be found here http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AMHNDKA7 or for those of you who asked for Rapidshare, here, http://rapidshare.com/files/34719307...Icons.zip.html
If my post helped you, don't forget to click Thanks!

Yes it helped me. How do I rename that icon? And is there a way to hide or delete the voice memo and compass icons? And so basically I just have to find a theme that works with the 3g s?

Ok, I got too a problem!
It's that I've added my own theme via SSH to the Theme floder... My theme includes only icons, with righr name, as cons on the desktop (on iphone). When I check that theme in my winterboard and respring my phone... Then I can't see any changes.
