I need help on in call buttons running 3.1

I had this running on 3.0 but no amount of tweaking will get it to work with 3.1. I've tried to unpack MobilePhonePackedImages.artwork with the program iPhoneShop 3.0 and artworker 3 and they will unpack the images but throw an error trying to repack them. I've changed them in Winterboard and they have no effect. When I put the transparency to 0% they show up completely white so I know something is causing them to work, but I can't get them to be kinda transparent. I have a 3GS and I know it worked before, and I've used it on my 2G phone I'm sure as well. I can't thank the person who made it enough, it's kinda dorky to have a mod you won't see when you use it but I really like it.

Any ideas?
