No dock labels and Undock Labels

just wanted to ask why when I put a check mark or activate the No dock labels and no undock labels in winterboard both of the labels still shows up... I would really appreciate if someone knows why is it happening..

Donno but try to place it on top of everything else in the list.. then check.

go to the sbsettings app >> more >> mobile substrate add-ons >> turn off the wallpaper toggle
