My themes still work when Winterboard is turned off, help!

Hello, since a couple of days I've got a problem. when I turn winterboard off or change my theme, some icons won't change and stay the same as they were before. Here is an example, I turned winterboard off but the icons won't turn normall.

You may have to delete the old theme as it has UIImages that are changing your icons.

I deleted the AppIcon Overlay AppIconMask and AppIconShadow but the icons still show up, also when Winterboard is off.

Just deleted the whole theme and it still shows on :s
