how can i make a 3.1 3G run winterboard???

Or go to the authors of the programs your wanting to recode.
No one on here is going to be able to tell you how to rewrite a program someone else has written. And if your asking you prolly wont be able to do it either.
As far as purplera1n, it just needs updated kernel patches for the new FW.

install MobileSubstrate from Cydia before Winterboard or it wont work right
Black iPhone 4 32gb. MacBook Pro (but still have a Gateway Desktop running Windows 7 Professional)
